We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Governance Lead to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our global Technical Services & Engineering Academy.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure the Academy operates effectively day-to-day, bringing consistency, structure and coordination across our global programmes. You’ll support the implementation of Academy initiatives, help drive best practice, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes, governance and ways of working.

This is a varied role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, coordinate key activities and projects, monitor performance and reporting, and help ensure learning programmes are delivered consistently and effectively across the business.
