Who We Are

At Evenfields Careers, we bridge the gap between Black talent and inclusive employers across the UK. Since our inception in 2019, we have championed inclusive recruitment, leveraging our extensive networks to support job seekers from diverse backgrounds, especially Black and ethnic minority communities.
As a grassroots organization, our core message is “We see you!” We are dedicated to acknowledging and celebrating the richness of Black talent, striving to elevate and empower it to its fullest potential.

How It Works

At Evenfields Careers we work with organisations to focus on senior leadership development and recruitment, ensuring that Black professionals have the opportunities to advance to the highest levels of their careers. Additionally, we provide early career opportunities and guidance to help young professionals start their journeys on the right foot. For those in middle management, we offer targeted support to help them progress and achieve their career goals. Our comprehensive approach ensures that we cater to the unique needs of different parts of our community.
Our community includes Black and ethnic minority students, graduates, and experienced professionals who are ready to excel in any industry or organizational level.

Denise is dedicated to championing diversity and providing career opportunities for all. A skilled recruiter with over 20 years’ experience working in sectors including: Corporate Services, Public Sector, Education and Engineering and Manufacturing. She is focused on providing the best talent to her clients and helping them develop strategies to retain and grow their workforce.
