Security Controller 

Location: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN
Hours: 20 hours per week, evening and weekend work per business needs

Contract: Permanent Variable Contract
Salary: £13.00 per hour

The Security Controller plays a vital supporting role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at the Resort by assisting the Security and Incident Manager in overseeing daily safety operations and emergency response strategies.

Responsibilities: 

Assist the Security and Incident Manager in implementing and monitoring emergency protocols, particularly during evacuations, guest incidents, and crisis management.
Support the coordination and deployment of resources during emergencies, ensuring rapid response and efficient use of personnel and equipment.
Monitor the operational readiness of safety systems, including CCTV and public address systems, ensuring they are fully functional during critical situations.
Oversee the real-time monitoring of incidents, ensuring accurate and timely documentation within incident management systems.
Assist with implementing safety measures that enhance the guest experience during emergencies, ensuring clear instructions and professional interactions from staff.
Help train and equip team members to handle guest interactions, ensuring effective communication and maintaining a safe, secure environment for all visitors
