As a Retail Shift Leader, you are essential to motivate and manage our enthusiastic team of Retail Hosts on a daily basis across a sales area at Madame Tussauds London, while delivering the day to day operation, meeting world class Guest Obsession standards and ensuring strict health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
The role is a permanent, full-time role. Madame Tussauds London is open daily and so flexibility will be needed, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
