Location: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday – Some weekend work needed. 
Salary: £11.44 ph

Looking to join The Home of Feel-Good Thrills? In this role, you will be working within a close-knit team that includes HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development under the People Team banner.

 

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be crucial in ensuring the organisation of our bulk hiring events, working closely with the Recruitment Officers and Recruitment Manager on ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

 

Responsibilities:  

Coordinate with other members of the people team on the orginisation of bulk hiring events
Hosting bulk hiring events:
Taking Proof of Right and checking candidates in
Completing contracts for successful candidates
Aiding on candidates onboarding
Completing other administrative tasks
Ensuring a concise interview process and great candidate experience.
Writing jobs adverts
Documenting processes commonly used and refining
Ad-hoc responsibilities to help in the park when needed.
