Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Profit Protection Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, and reports into the Head of Profit Protection – UK & EMEA.
As a guardian of integrity, your mission is clear: prevent, detect, investigate, and recover losses to our business. Your key responsibilities include;
️♂️ Investigation Wizard: Conduct local investigations into theft, fraud and whistleblowing allegations, including gathering evidence and conducting interviews.
Risk Mitigation Guru: Identify loss-causing risks and provide expert advice to mitigate these.
Compliance Pro: Complete regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and operational excellence standards across the Attraction.
Data Whisperer: Utilise data analysis to proactively identify potential losses, providing guidance and support to Attraction teams.
Strategic Partner: Coach and support Attraction teams in reducing shrinkage, stock loss, and revenue loss.
Reporting Master: Collate accurate loss KPI figures, providing detailed analysis and action plans to minimise losses.
