Working closely with key stakeholders across our global attractions, you’ll analyse data, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to enhance our profit protection strategy. This role is based in the UK in a hybrid capacity and we can be flexible on your location. However, you must be able to attend the Finance Hub in Basingstoke once or twice a month, and be flexible to attend our attractions as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
Fraud & Loss Prevention
Monitor and analyse transaction data to detect anomalies, potential fraud, and revenue leakage.
Investigate suspicious activity and escalate findings to relevant teams.
Support the implementation of fraud prevention measures across our sites.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop and maintain reports to track key risk indicators and trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Assist in reviewing policies and processes to enhance financial controls.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with operational teams to promote best practices in fraud prevention and risk mitigation.
Support the development and delivery of training to improve awareness and compliance.
Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews as required.
