In this role, you’ll manage and analyse people data, maintain key trackers and work with stakeholders to drive accurate reporting and smarter decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating with stakeholders to define data needs
Maintaining and improving an Excel tracker
Acting as the go-to tracker expert
Creating reports and spotting trends
Streamlining data processes and reporting
Identifying and implementing improvements
