People Advisor

Want to be part of something big? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to support and enhance the people experience across our Birmingham Cluster region.

Building on the great work already in place, this role will focus on employee relations, team engagement, and supporting operational teams across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands, including Cadbury World, SEA LIFE Birmingham, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham, and Warwick Castle.

Working within the Gateway UK People team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Birmingham teams are well-supported, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional experiences.

Starting in April 2025 on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract, you’ll report to the People Partner and act as a trusted advisor to the Birmingham Cluster management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring best practices and positive outcomes.
Partnering with operational teams to support team development, wellbeing, and engagement.
Driving HR performance measures and supporting managers with people-focused initiatives.
Championing team engagement and fostering a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
Embedding company culture, ensuring our people are set up for success in a thriving workplace.
