Operations Controller
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Controller to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team!
The Operations Controller will support with the day-to-day running of an area of the Resort (known as a “zone”), working as a central point of contact for operational activities across the zone by responding to requests, issues or incidents, employee relations breaches, guest complaints, ride shutdowns, IT issues, engineering requests, and ensuring the relevant teams are communicated with appropriately.
As the point of contact for the zone, the Operations Controller will identify actions required and deploy the relevant team members to address them, prioritising requests based on their operational impact, and communicating professionally, effectively and in a timely manner. You will utilise the data coming into the department to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement, present back detailed dashboard data and efficiency throughputs to further support operational improvements and minimise guest impact or disruption.
The Operations Controller will support with the resolution of employee relations issues in accordance with Merlin policies, to further promote a culture of respect, inclusion and the highest possible standards of guest satisfaction.
