We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns and activations that drive consumer demand and help achieve business targets for Alton Towers Resort. This role is based at Alton Towers Resort in a hybrid capacity.
As part of the Marketing Business Partner team, you’ll work closely with operational teams at your attraction, ensuring campaigns are successfully implemented on-site. You’ll also collaborate with teams across E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs, Content, Partnerships, and Commercial Strategy—gaining valuable exposure to multiple marketing disciplines.
Key responsibilities:
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution on time and within budget.
Work closely with the Brand team to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Understand guest behaviour, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
Assist in the execution of online marketing plans to grow traffic, reach, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.
Work with internal and external stakeholders, including operational teams, trade partners, agencies, and content creators, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
