Warwick Castle offers a variety of accommodation from our exclusive suites hidden within the castles 14th century towers to our magical Knights Village lodges and glamping tents. Not to mention our brand-new Warwick Castle Hotel, where guests are dined and entertained like royalty before retreating to the stunning medieval-inspired rooms.
Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers, you will assist the team in ensuring the friendly and efficient arrival and departure of our guests. This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from providing guests with information needed throughout their stay, to helping guests check in and check out, you’ll be trained to have good working knowledge of room types, facilities, and locations within the hotels.
You’ll handle any guest problems, complaints, or compliments, passing on any relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager and take reservations face to face with guests, or over the phone. In addition, you’ll assist in site evacuations and contact emergency services as and when required.
This is a Seasonal, fixed-term position. Shift Pattern: 7-3pm and 3-11pm. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential.
