Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 7pm – 7am night shifts, with 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid
 
 
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join our AWESOME Hotel Operations Team!
 
 
You will lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift, making sure our overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations, any guest feedback is responded to promptly and professionally, and other members of the Hotel night team are kept informed throughout their shift of duty updates. 
 
 
As a motivator and leader you will develop your team to deliver the best possible guest interactions, encourage them to become expert knowledge holders and empower them to exceed our guest KPI targets. Our Hotel Nights team play a key part in the magic of an overnight stay at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, always striving to exceed guest expectations and ensure everyone checks out with awesome memories. 
 
 
Please note, internally this role is known as Hotel Nights Front of House Coordinator
