Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full Time, covering hours from 10:00pm until 07:00am on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025
 
 
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Nights Hotel Front of House Assistants to join our AWESOME Hotel Operations Team! 
 
 
The Hotel Front of House Assistant – Nights will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience during their overnight stay in one of our three AWESOME hotels! Whether you’re in our open plan reception area, undertaking evening audits or assisting our guests with their queries, you will be a key part in ensuring our guests have a memorable overnight stay with us.
 
 
You’ll keep our guests and their experience at the forefront of everything you do, whether it’s checking in / checking out of guests, providing Hotel or Park information, detailing our exciting and varying room types, or receiving guest feedback in the moment, you will always seek to enhance our guests overnight stay.
