Are you ready to join the team at Cadbury World and create chocolatey memories that’ll last a lifetime? We’re on the lookout for Guest Experience Team Members to join our Front of House Operations team!
You’ll be the face of our chocolatey wonderland. From managing attraction queues to chatting with guests over the microphone, you’ll make sure every visitor leaves with a sweet taste in their mouth (and a chocolate bar in hand, of course!). You’ll keep everything running smoothly, taking care of our equipment and ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
But that’s not all! You’ll be obsessed with making our guests’ experiences extraordinary. You’ll treat each guest like royalty, making their visit feel as special as a chocolate fondue fountain. With a deep knowledge of our products, you’ll encourage guests to join in on activities, grab a photo and even explore all our other exciting Merlin attractions!
We’re offering 10 and 20-hour minimum guaranteed contracts, which increase up to 40 hours per week during peak times and school holidays. This is your chance to work somewhere extraordinary – and we offer shifts every day of the week between 8:45am and 7pm.
