Step into a leadership role at one of the UK’s most iconic attractions. The Blackpool Tower is currently on the lookout for a Guest Experience Supervisor!
In this multi-faceted role, most importantly you’ll be improving and delivering our guest experience. You’ll manage and take the lead with the safe daily operation of our attractions. Working closely with the Guest Experience Manager you’ll support with the strategic direction and development of the business as part of the attraction management team. You’ll also consistently deliver brand proposition in terms of customer service, entertainments programmes and safe working environments.
You’ll manage a team and ensure the attraction operates safely and that onsite operational procedures are continually up to standard. You’ll make sure the attraction is clean and well-presented and empower and lead the attractions departments to maximise sales and deliver excellent guest service. You’ll also recruit, train and coach your team to be their very best and ensure that rosters and staffing levels are appropriate.
This is a permanent role, working full-time and 5 days out of 7. Our attractions are open daily, therefore full availability is needed, including late shifts, weekends, bank holidays and peak periods.
