Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or leisure environments (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience handling cash and operating tills accurately in line with procedures
  • Ability to follow health & safety, food safety, and PCI compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service
  • Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Confidence in completing basic administrative tasks and paperwork
