Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or leisure environments (desirable but not essential)
- Experience handling cash and operating tills accurately in line with procedures
- Ability to follow health & safety, food safety, and PCI compliance standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Confidence in completing basic administrative tasks and paperwork
