The Blackpool Tower is currently on the lookout for an Events Operations Team Leader!
In this multi-faceted role, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless and exceptional events across all Merlin Entertainments Blackpool venues.
Your responsibilities will entail collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to deliver world-class events that meet and exceed expectations. This dynamic role will require flexibility, as it involves regular late-night, evening, and weekend work to oversee room setups and resets after large events.
Reporting to the Events Assistant Manager, you will also work closely with the Commercial and Attractions management teams, serving as a crucial liaison between the Events and Operations teams to ensure meticulous planning and execution, guaranteeing the smooth and successful running of each event.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Working any 5 days out of 7. Our attractions are open daily, therefore full availability is needed, including late shifts, weekends, bank holidays and peak periods.
