As Director of Planning & Business Support at LEGOLAND® Windsor, you will lead operational resource planning and business support functions, ensuring workforce strategies align with operational efficiency and commercial goals. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing rotas, resource allocation, absence management, and administrative processes to ensure employees are ‘roster ready.’
Additionally, you will manage business support functions such as legislative compliance, SOP management, stock control and logistics. Acting as a key liaison between local teams and the Commercial Global Function, you will ensure strategic alignment, manage partner relationships and coordinate support across technical, facilities, IT and People teams.
