Ready to take your leadership skills to new heights? The Blackpool Tower is looking for a Commercial and Bars Supervisor to help drive our retail, food and bar operations while delivering unforgettable guest experiences. From buzzing bars to must-have souvenirs, you’ll play a key role in making every visit special while keeping the tills ringing!
As part of the Merlin Entertainments family, you’ll be working at one of the UK’s most iconic attractions, home to legendary experiences like The Tower Ballroom, The Circus, and Bar 380, where guests can sip cocktails while taking in breath-taking views. It’s a fast-paced, exciting role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating our commercial team to smash sales targets and deliver top-tier service.
Overseeing daily operations across retail and food outlets, including the famous Bar 380 with its stunning sky-high views!
Keeping things running smoothly with stock control, financial oversight and guest experience monitoring.
Ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile (and maybe a souvenir or two!).
Supporting special events, from glamorous parties in the Tower Ballroom to buzzing corporate functions.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Working any 5 days out of 7. Our attractions are open daily, therefore full availability is needed, including late shifts, weekends, bank holidays and peak periods.
