Job Title: Associate – Insurance
Location: London
Hours: Full-Time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week or 60% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Insurance Coverage team within Commercial and Institutional Banking, a specialist area that supports clients across the UK, Bermuda, the Crown Dependencies and North America. As part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team, you’ll play a key role in helping us strengthen relationships with some of our most important corporate and institutional clients.

In this newly created Associate role you’ll grow your expertise while making a real impact, supporting senior colleagues, building trusted client relationships and helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support senior colleagues in managing client relationships using established systems and processes
- Help maintain and develop a designated portfolio of client relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met appropriately
- Conduct research and analysis to identify themes, trends and opportunities that support client conversations and business decisions
- Use risk management systems to deliver outcomes that protect the organisation from undue risk
- Explore client issues and requirements to help identify the best solutions
- Build your own capability through training while coaching others where required

What you’ll need:
- Experience working with corporate or institutional clients within financial services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and present insights clearly
- Confidence using systems, processes and digital tools to support client activity
- A proactive approach with the ability to explore issues and solve problems
- Willingness to learn, adapt and support positive change across the team
