What you’ll bring to the team
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner, acting as the face of Thorpe Shark Cabins during overnight operations
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable stays
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently check guests in and out
- The ability to handle guest queries, feedback, and minor issues effectively and calmly
- A proactive approach to maintaining high standards across all guest areas
- Attention to detail when completing daily and weekly operational checklists
- Responsibility and integrity when handling guest property and belongings
- A team-focused attitude, working closely with the Night Team Leader and wider hotel team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and support operational needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with guests
- Basic organisational skills, including managing luggage storage and shop stock
- Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Willingness to complete all required onboarding and training
