We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated, and collaborative People Operations Co-ordinator to join our UK People Hub. Reporting to the People Operations Supervisor, you’ll provide best-in-class HR support to UK teammates across the complete employee lifecycle. Including but not limited to hire-to-retire employee lifecycles, HR policies and processes, and benefits, you’ll be a key point of contact for all HR-related matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own your craft in a specialist role; you’ll support with operational reporting, contribute to system enhancements, facilitate training sessions, and share best-practices with UK business partners.
What you’ll be doing
Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to a wide range of HR queries from employees and managers via our service delivery platform
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve complex queries, and liaise with third-party providers where needed, handling each interaction with empathy and care.
Monitor trends in query types to identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, or updates to knowledge articles.
Support operational reporting, audits, and ad hoc research to drive data-informed decisions across the UK People Hub and wider global HR teams.
Contribute to projects that enhance service delivery, improve employee experience, or optimise system performance.
