- Demonstrable experience in a role in a global organisation. High emotional intelligence to agitate and drive delivery, whilst being sensitive to alignments.
- Strategic and financial acumen: A deep understanding of business operations and financial performance to ensure delivery efforts drive measurable business outcomes, which are owned by the business but curated and sequenced by this role.
- ‘Real’ delivery expertise: Extensive experience with program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. However, real examples of these are a must in the last 5-10 years.
- Superior communication and influence: Skilled at telling a story about the ‘reason to deliver’ to inspire and motivate others, from front-line staff to board members. Building Delivery confidence for Merlin (and Merlin Technology).
