Hours: Shifts cover hours between 6:30am – up to 3 hours after park close across a 7 day rota. Part time time hours will be considered

Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are gearing up for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a VIP Team Leader to join the team!
As a VIP Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of VIP hosts to deliver sales targets, drive VIP standards through induction and regular training, manage customer excellence, and assist with new product development and implementation. You will regularly act as VIP Duty Manager to represent the department across the resort and ensure smooth operations whilst delivering high standards.
The role will also include providing administrative support to meet the needs of the department working to required deadlines, as well as assisting with department recruitment.
