The Strategy Lead is a pivotal role within Accenture Song, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of client campaigns and ensuring that creative outputs are not only innovative but also strategically sound. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning to develop strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives for major clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their questions and underlying needs.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that strategies are creatively executed and resonate with target audiences.
Define business and human challenges, keeping the bigger picture in mind throughout client engagements.
Develop research-driven, compelling human and cultural insights.
Proactively suggest innovative strategies and campaigns. Inspire clients and colleagues with the latest industry trends.
Create comprehensive strategies across brand, go-to-market, communication, campaign, content, and other areas, with actionable recommendations based on market opportunities.
Present and discuss key insights and innovative strategies in client meetings.
