Permanent, Full Time, (Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week)

£26,900 per annum plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Initial point of contact for the area of responsibility regarding administrative support issues. Taking a pro-active role within the Department; liaising with the customer and generally being fully conversant with the departmental aims and objectives.
Provide workable solutions to resource issues/problems. Make sensible decisions and take action based on best available information in the absence of customer.
Provide general training and guidance to members of the team. Work closely with other supervisory staff to ensure standardisation and integration across the whole department.
Assist Team Leader or other departmental staff to undertake all required admin tasks, focussing on delivering service excellence and delivering against team objectives.

Deputise and assist the line manager/senior management with duties and responsibilities in support of Serco business.
