What you’ll do:
Work closely with the Waterpark management team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Supervise and support the lifeguard team, reporting daily to the Assistant Leisure Operations Managers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for both guests and staff.
Lead by example, ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
