Ready to build unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a Senior Global Experience Manager for one of Merlin’s much-loved branded attractions – LEGOLAND. This role is responsible for bringing the LEGOLAND brand to life through innovative brand experiences that immerse guests in the world of their favourite IP, LEGO. The role will work alongside internal and external partners to deliver a funnel of compelling products that delight LEGO fans of all ages and fuel future growth of Merlin.
Main Responsibilities
Experience Strategy & Funnel: Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of medium to long-term opportunities aligned with the LEGOLAND brand strategy, focusing on both product and marketing needs.
Product and Experience Development: Linked to the CAPEX & Cornerstones plan, support the development of briefs for Merlin Magic Making and partner agencies, ensuring they lead to compelling consumer propositions. Support the board paper process to secure buy-in for these propositions.
Innovation: Work alongside the Merlin Magic Making (MMM) to explore and implement new ideas, platforms, and technologies that enhance the LEGOLAND brand and meet evolving customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in matrix working and build partnerships across Merlin and with external agencies to ensure the experience strategy is integrated across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with the LEGO Brand Park & Experience team to align joint priorities and foster a culture of collaboration.
Brand Governance: Assist in ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across the LEGOLAND estate by providing clear guidance, easy access to assets, and supporting a well-embedded approvals process.
