We are currently recruiting for Scarefest Attraction Supervisors to join us at the Alton Towers Resort for Scarefest 2025
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Scarefest Attractions and venues by co-ordinating a team of employees, focusing on safety, whilst ensuring that they are operating at optimum capacity and that guest satisfaction is being exceeded.
This role will keep you busy and will therefore require enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are passionate about entertainment and events here at the Alton Towers Resort.
If you are a great problem solver, take initiative and can deal with large numbers of both employees and guests simultaneously, then this might be the perfect job for you. Contracts for this role will run from early September 2025 until early November 2025 at a competitive hourly rate.
Candidates must be over the age of 18 years old to be considered for this position.

Has excellent organisation and coordination skills
Experience in training and assessing is required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver clear instructions and feedback
Understanding of Key Performance Indicators and throughputs
Ability to multitask and deal with high stress situations

A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the event’s success
Can work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, including in the dark
