Salary:
The Resource Associate plays a pivotal role within the Planning and Business Support team, ensuring the seamless integration of team members into Thorpe Park
Responsibilities:
Support the people team with delivering engaging and informative site inductions for all new starters.
Assist with the issuance of uniforms to new team members.
Act as a key point of contact for new hires during their onboarding process.
Develop and maintain structured training plans for frontline team members.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure tailored training needs are met.
Assist the People team with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
