As the Resort Operations and Experience Director for LEGOLAND® Windsor, you will oversee park and accommodation operations, security, incident management, and entertainment to ensure a seamless and safe guest experience.
Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, maintaining service standards, and fostering engagement across the resort.
You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, implementing safety protocols, and continuously improving operational performance. Your role includes leading special events, optimising guest flow, and ensuring effective incident management and regulatory compliance. Through strategic leadership, employee development, and cross-departmental collaboration, you will enhance guest satisfaction and drive long-term success.
Additionally, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, high team morale, and adherence to health and safety standards.
