We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor for an initial 3-Month FTC to join our team and help us attract, source, and hire top talent. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a world-leading entertainment company where you can bring your recruitment expertise to life.

Role Summary

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our hiring needs by managing the full recruitment cycle. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective talent strategies to find the best candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.

Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate records and recruitment data using our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS).
