Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Planning & Resource Manager to join our Planning team!
This role will lead and mentor a team of resource planners & co-ordinators to deliver efficient scheduling, staffing and resource allocation across the attraction, ensuring the workforce strategies align with business needs, operational requirements, and guest demands.
The manager will drive improvement through data driven planning, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and an exceptional colleague experience.
This is a full-time permanent role, averaging 40 hours per week and may include working weekends and bank holidays as required.
