LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and SEA LIFE Birmingham are looking for an Operations Team Leader to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience while keeping our attractions running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll be leading from the front, welcoming guests, managing queues, coordinating school visits, running seasonal events and overseeing admissions and guest experience teams. You’ll also support the Operations Manager with the daily running of the department, mentoring team members and handling operational challenges.
What you’ll be doing
Leading by example on the front line, including ride operations, 4D cinema, play areas and character experiences.
Supporting the Operations Manager with team coordination, safety procedures and guest flow management.
Handling guest queries, solving problems and ensuring exceptional service.
Coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Assisting with events, school group management and ensuring all areas of the attraction are operating at their best.
This is a full-time permanent role, working any five days from seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
