Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Hotel team!
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring hotel rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will oversee room inspections, ensuring everything is ready for guest check-ins while maintaining efficiency in labour and consumable usage. You will provide support, guidance, and training to the Housekeeping team, helping them perform at their best and encouraging their development.
In addition, you will assist the Head Housekeeper with managing inventory, including purchasing, delivery, storage, and distribution of supplies. You will respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Effective communication is essential, as you will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall guest experience. You will also report any staffing or room-related issues to Housekeeping management for timely resolution.
