Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Finance Process Change Specialist to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role will be based in Basingstoke, with just 3 days per week in the office.
As a Finance Process Change Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in Merlin’s Finance Transformation Programme. From streamlining P2P processes to enhancing finance business partnering, your knowledge will help us:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Spot inefficiencies and craft clear, actionable solutions.
Document user stories and design process flows.
Solution Design & Recommendations:
Brainstorm and create innovative solutions.
Build financial models, reports, and streamlined processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with diverse finance teams across the business.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Deliver faster insights with cutting-edge dashboards and reports.
Identify trends and opportunities using your analytical skills.
Testing, Training, and Support:
Ensure smooth rollouts with thorough testing and training.
Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions remain impactful.
