Role Overview:
The CRM Account Exec will work within the Accenture Marketing Operations Birmingham Team to co-support the BP fuels loyalty and European Castrol CRM accounts team, working alongside the Senior Account Manager. The team is responsible for all the CRM campaigns, to drive acquisition, retention, and usage. CRM is fundamental to the success of the client, as it’s the main way to directly communicate with their customers. You must be a key point of contact for the client through receiving briefs, bringing creativity to life, delivering assets, and ensuring overall harmony for the account. To be successful in the role you must be all over the detail of the client, ensuring you know the landscape, be clear in your communication, and have a determination and drive to do the best for the client.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Senior Account Manager to interrogate client briefs, and develop an internal approach (i.e., bringing the client brief to life)
- Guiding the creative process including briefings, reviews and approvals
- Supporting the delivery of campaigns with the client, answering briefs, and questions and maintain governance procedures
- Controlling estimates, budgets, invoicing, and timings
- Supporting project and status meetings with clients
- Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders across the business (Birmingham and London) and ensuring that relevant parties are informed
- Contributing to continuous process improvement to ensure a seamless and successful delivery of client briefs

Qualifications
Person Specification
Skills/Experience:
- Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix with particular experience in loyalty, CRM, data and direct response channels an advantage
- An innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving
- Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking
- Previous Experience in a client-facing role is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of a global account and its position within the market
