Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Commercial Specialist to join our AWESOME Commercial Team!
The Commercial Specialist will work closely with both our global operations team and the onsite commercial team to ensure a seamless execution of stock allocation, merchandising, partner management and commercial compliance across the Resort. You will be responsible for processing audits, monitoring stock levels, pricing strategies and data compliance in accordance with trading standards legislation.
As a Commercial Specialist you will be a key contact for external onsite partners, ensuring their standards are in line with our exceptional guest experience expectations, alongside building internal stakeholder relationships with our Warehouse & Logistics team to manage our internal delivery schedule that maximises stock fulfilment, is cost effective and does not detract from the overall guest experience.
Our guests expect beautifully presented shops and retail units, with attractive displays and plenty of exciting stock for them to browse, and the Commercial Specialist plays a key part in making sure our guests have access to exciting souvenirs to take home at the end of their visit!
