About the Role
As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our commercial operations, ensuring financial performance and maintaining the highest standards of guest service. You’ll lead a dedicated team, maximising sales across our retail, food and beverage and secondary spend areas.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and maximise visitor spending across all commercial areas.
Lead and develop the commercial team to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
Manage stock control, pricing strategies and promotions to optimise profitability.
Work closely with marketing and senior leadership to enhance the attraction’s commercial strategy.
Ensure strict compliance with all Health & Safety policies.
Monitor financial performance, delivering reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain high presentation standards across all commercial spaces.
