Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Support the Record to Report team as and when required in order to achieve deadlines as a team.
Communicate and collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively.
Accurate and timely month end reporting in line with the Finance hub timetable across international legal entities.
Achieve SLAs and KPIs for the area being supported.
Financial Accountability
Support accounting activity across international legal entities.
Ensures system of accounts and records are properly maintained.
Assist in preparation of Audited Financial Statements.
Accountable for preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations and supporting management of the process.
Operational Excellence
Provide support to the Senior Accountant as and when required, on a variety of tasks.
Work with domain team to lead on process reviews.
Evaluate and identify processes within the record to report team that can be improved to allow for greater efficiency.
Work with stakeholders across the Finance Hub and the wider business to ensure the record to report team are efficient as possible.
