What will I do?
Checking Guests in and out of the hotel
Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay
Liaising with House keeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements
Effectively dealing with guests feedback or minor issues
Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins
Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests
Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes.
